Rental Policy

Condo & Home Rental Application Processing Fee: $35

Rental Deposit: Standard - one month’s rent. This can be split into 2 monthly payments if rental your application is spotless.

Deposit is fully refundable upon clean move out conditions.

 

Pet Policy

Small to medium sized pets welcome! No pit bulls allowed however.

Pet Deposit: Varies by animal type, size and weight.

Pet deposit quotes will not be given over the phone. We must see the pet (s) first to ensure the breed meets our criteria. If all the conditions are met, then we will provide you with the cost. Our deposits are extremely reasonable!
