Rent Payment Instructions: Please write your checks out to “RED DOOR PROPERTIES” and send to the same following address:

A gentle reminder that rent is due on the first day of the Month. It is considered late after 6:00 pm on the first of the month. Please note if you are late there is a $75.00 late fee plus an additional charge of $50.00 per day per your lease contract. Please make sure you allow enough time for the post office to deliver your checks. It is suggested you mail your check one week prior to when rent is due. If you post date your check for the 1st, this will ensure your check is cashed appropriately.
You are responsible for Holiday considerations with post office delivery in order to ensure your check arrives by the 1 st of each month.
However, If you are never then you have nothing to worry about and may disregard this note!
Loud Noise/Music: In the event your neighbor(s) ask you to turn your noise level down, please do so politely. Failure to do so has repercussions and your neighbors have the right to then notify the police and at police’s discretion, they may issue a ticket. If you receive two tickets from the police due to loud noise, your lease is subject to termination. Please note that you may not think your music or noise level is loud but sound travels along walls very well.
Trash Days::
- Tenants in the "75211” Zip Code, regular trash pick up is on Tuesdays and Fridays. There is a home owner’s association trash bin located near the public parking area.
- Tenants in the “75214” Zip Code, regular trash pick up is on Tuesdays and Fridays. Big trash pick up is the during the last week of every month.
- Tenants in the “75219” Zip Code, regular trash pick up is on Mondays and Thursdays. Each trash bin is marked w/ your condo letter and you are responsible for taking the bin to the front of the driveway and bringing it back the same day. Big trash pick up is the first Monday of the month. NOTE: You may put your big trash items out one day before but no sooner than that as the city of Dallas will issue you a ticket.
- Tenants in the “75234” Zip Code, regular trash pick up is on Tuesdays and Fridays (at alley of house). Your trash bags are provided every 6 months by the city of Farmer’s Branch. Big trash pick up (at front of house) is on the last Monday of the month. NOTE: You may put your big trash items out one day before but no sooner than that as the city of Farmers Branch will issue you a ticket.
Service Requests: Beginning February 2006, you will be able to submit your service requests online. Submitting your requests online will help us track your maintenance items better and will allow a quick response for you. You will be issued a Ticket # and we will follow up with you promptly. All requests must be submitted via our website after February 1st, 2006.
